In this section I share with you the basic rules to request my services, delivery deadlines for each Project according to its nature and difficulty, also payment methods that I trust and that are usually available in many countries around the world.
1. I do not start any project without payment of the deposit or full cost according to the service (No Exceptions).
2. I don’t do express projects (within 24 hours), remember that as an artist I try to provide a high quality service, which requires time and attention to detail for this execution.
3. Before starting, I will send you via email the consultation and confirmation of the requirements for the project, for example: Elements, colors, images, style, photographs (photo editing) and descriptive texts to develop your project, among others.
4. When the preliminary design is approved and the final construction begins, I do not allow changes in the elements or objects.
5. Projects that require a deposit must be paid in full once the initial proposal has been submitted.
6. No refunds were made, remember that when making the total payment or deposit, the payment is taken as acceptance of the rules, once your payment is received, the development of the work begins.
7. I only work Monday through Friday during business hours.
8. I only deliver SVG or editable files in the projects: CUSTOM LOGO DESIGN, RENOVATION OF LOGO, VECTOR TRACING FOR LOGO, CUSTOM VICTORIAN LETTERING, CUSTOM COAT OF ARMS, RENOVATION COAT OF ARMS and VECTOR TRACING COAT OF ARMS.
Once the service has been requested and verified, the data will be sent to the mail so that the client can make the payment using the Western Union system as soon as possible.

To calculate the delivery time I must take into account the workload of the week, the projects calendar or working hours and the complexity of the project:
a) Custom Logo Design (1 to 3 weeks).
b) Renovation of Logo (1 to 3 weeks).
c) Vector Tracing for Logo (1 week).
d) Custom Coat of Arms and Crest (3 - 4weeks).
e) Renovation of Coat of Arms (3 - 4weeks).
f) Vector Tracing of Coat of Arms (2 - 3weeks).
g) Custom Victorian Lettering (2 weeks).
h) Custom Design of Posters (2 weeks).
i) Photo Editing (single photo) (1 week).
Rush orders are available only for CUSTOM LOGO DESIGN, VECTOR TRACING, DESIGN OF POSTERS SERVICES, PHOTO EDITING, (if I'm not overloaded with other orders at the time) for an additional $75.
For the Service CUSTOM COAT OF ARMS AND CREST for an additional $150.
The first preview is usually posted within one to two business days depending on the difficulty. You should check if I have availability for fast delivery of the service.
1. As the project progresses, I will send you reports and visualization of the development.
2. Additional revisions are available for US $ 25.00 each. We will send your final design in virtually any format you want, but the most common are vector (SVG and EPS) and bits map (JPG and PNG).
The completed design (LOGOS, LETTERING, POSTER and COAT OF ARMS) becomes your property. I maintain the design in my database for any future changes or uses you may request. I only reserve the right to use sample designs for promotional purposes (Portfolio).
